Class Participation & Cancellation Policy

By booking and participating in this class, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

Arrival & Late Policy
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before the scheduled class time so you have a chance to get settled before we begin. Classes start promptly and require the full 90 minutes to complete the painting.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be able to participate in the class. Because your space has been reserved and the class will already be underway, late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Clothing & Personal Belongings
Acrylic paint can stain clothing and other belongings. Aprons will be provided, but we strongly recommend wearing clothing that you don't mind getting paint on.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that clothing, shoes, bags, phones, or other personal belongings will remain paint-free. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Participation & Safety
We do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Art classes may involve paint, brushes, easels, chairs, art supplies, drop cloths, and other materials in and around the class area.

Participants are expected to use reasonable care and follow any safety instructions provided by the instructor. To the extent permitted by law, participants assume the ordinary risks associated with participating in the class. We are not liable for any injuries or for damaged of personal property, arising from participation in the class, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Unsafe or significantly disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

Children
This class is available to guests ages 8 and older. Children must follow class and safety instructions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, as well as no-shows and guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late, are non-refundable.

Classes require a minimum of 2 total participants to run. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be canceled and all booked guests will receive a full refund.

If the class is canceled by the instructor for any other reason, guests will also receive a full refund.

Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these participation, safety, cancellation, late-arrival, and refund policies.
